Dr. Raymond Givens, a cardiologist and professor at Columbia’s medical school, has been fighting to change the name of Bard Hall since early June. In August, University President Lee Bollinger announced that the dormitory would be renamed. Givens received no credit, and he says his inquiries to the University have gone largely unanswered.
